ORDER TRACKING
After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.
Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Currently, we’re shipping to most cities across the Pakistan. If your chosen destination is not appearing during the checkout process, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.
The shipping costs and times depend on your shipping destination, and you will get an estimation of the total cost and duration of your shipment as part of the checkout process. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you should be in touch with the courier to get a more accurate account of your order’s arrival.
On average, you should expect to receive your order within 7 days after you’ve placed your order with us. We will be in touch with you if we expect any delays.
Return and Refund policy
If the lunchbox you receive is broken or defective, you may return it in the same condition, with the original box and packaging intact, within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the lunchbox, we will examine it. If the item is found to be defective or broken, we will either process a refund or replace it with a new one.
